ATScore provides an AI-powered platform that analyzes resumes against job descriptions to help users optimize their resumes for Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Our Service includes:

• • Resume analysis and ATS compatibility scoring
• • Job description matching and keyword extraction
• • Personalized recommendations for resume improvement
• • Resume export functionality
• • Multiple job description comparison (based on plan)
• • Analysis history and data storage

The Service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

Account Creation

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• • Maintain and promptly update your account information
• • Keep your password secure and confidential
• • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use this Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.

Payment Processing

All payments are securely processed through our third-party payment provider, Creem (creem.io). We do not store your credit card information on our servers.

Subscription Plans

We offer the following subscription options:

• • Coffee Crunch: $2 one-time payment for 3 days access (3 scans/day, 2 JD comparisons, export enabled)
• • Basic: $8/month or $80/year (8 scans/day, 5 JD comparisons, export enabled)
• • Pro: $12/month or $120/year (12 scans/day, 10 JD comparisons, export enabled)
• • Enterprise: Custom pricing (100 scans/day, 50 JD comparisons, export enabled)

Billing Cycles

Recurring subscriptions are billed automatically on a monthly or yearly basis, depending on your selected plan. You will be charged on the same day each billing cycle until you cancel your subscription.

Proration

We use immediate proration (CHARGE_IMMEDIATELY) for plan changes. When you upgrade, you receive credit for unused time on your current plan. When you downgrade, you receive a prorated refund for the unused portion of your higher-tier plan. All proration calculations and refunds are handled automatically by Creem.

Refunds

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. For detailed refund policies, including proration refunds and how to request a refund, please see our Refund Policy.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days in advance of any price changes. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Uploaded Resumes

You retain all ownership rights to the resumes and job descriptions you upload to our Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to:

• • Process and analyze your resume and job descriptions
• • Store your content for the purpose of providing the Service
• • Use aggregated, anonymized data to improve our AI models

Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you upload. You represent and warrant that:

• • You own or have the necessary rights to upload the content
• • Your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights
• • Your content does not contain viruses, malware, or harmful code
• • Your content is accurate and not misleading

Data Privacy

We take your privacy seriously. Your resume data is encrypted and stored securely. We do not share your personal information or resumes with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.

Data Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• • Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• • Transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) without permission
• • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

Our Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, functionality, software, algorithms, and AI models, is owned by ATScore and is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without our prior written consent.

Trademarks

"ATScore" and our logo are trademarks of ATScore. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written permission.

User Feedback

If you provide us with feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant us the right to use such feedback without any obligation or compensation to you.

No Guarantee of Results

Important: ATScore is an analysis and optimization tool. We do not guarantee that using our Service will result in job interviews, employment, or any specific outcome. Your success depends on many factors beyond resume optimization, including qualifications, experience, market conditions, and employer preferences.

Service "As Is"

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

AI Accuracy

While our AI models are trained on real ATS data, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy across all ATS systems, as different companies use different systems and configurations. Our analysis is based on industry best practices and common ATS requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ATScore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• • Your use or inability to use the Service
• • Unauthorized access to your data
• • Service interruptions or errors
• • Any third-party content or conduct

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

Our Service integrates with third-party services, including:

• • Creem: Payment processing and subscription management
• • Cloud Storage Providers: Secure resume storage
• • AI/ML Providers: Resume analysis and natural language processing

These third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their practices or any issues arising from their services.

Your Right to Terminate

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access to premium features will continue until the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods except as stated in our Refund Policy.

Our Right to Terminate

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if:

• • You violate these Terms
• • You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• • Your account poses a security risk
• • We are required to do so by law

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You will retain access to your analysis history and resume data for 30 days after termination, after which all data will be permanently deleted.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will:

• • Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
• • Notify you via email if the changes are material
• • Post a notice on our website

Your continued use of the Service after changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Service and cancel your account.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ATScore, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

• • Your violation of these Terms
• • Your violation of any third-party rights
• • Content you upload to the Service

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ATScore operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service, you agree to first contact us at support@atscoreai.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

If we cannot resolve the dispute within 30 days, either party may pursue formal legal action. Any legal action must be brought in the courts of the jurisdiction where ATScore operates.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Fair Use Policy, and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ATScore regarding the Service.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account to any third party without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.
