Resume Upload Issues

File not uploading?

Ensure your file is in PDF or .docx format and is less than 10MB. Try clearing your browser cache and uploading again.

File won't parse?

If your resume contains images or complex formatting, convert it to a simpler format. Ensure text is selectable, not image-based.

Missing information?

Our parser may miss information in non-standard formats. Try a cleaner resume layout with standard section headers.

Score & Analysis Issues

Low score?

Make sure you've included the job description. Add missing keywords from the job posting and clarify your achievements with metrics.

Can't find recommendations?

Scroll down on your analysis page to see personalized recommendations. Each recommendation includes specific actions you can take.

Different scores?

Each job posting is different, so scores will vary. That's normal! We score against each specific job description.

Account Issues

Can't log in?

Try resetting your password. Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and follow the email instructions.

Subscription issues?

Check your billing section. If you were charged twice, contact support with your transaction ID and we'll refund immediately.

Resumes disappeared?

Resumes are stored securely and won't disappear. If you can't see them, try logging out and back in or clearing your cache.

Technical Issues

Page won't load?

Clear your browser cache, try a different browser, or disable ad blockers. If the issue persists, contact support.

Slow performance?

Check your internet connection and close unnecessary tabs. Large resumes or slow connections may take longer to analyze.

Error messages?

Note the error message and contact support with details about what you were doing when the error occurred.
