1. Payment Processing with Creem
All payments for ATScore subscriptions are processed through Creem (https://www.creem.io/), our trusted payment gateway partner. Creem handles:
- • Secure payment processing
- • Multiple payment methods (credit cards, digital wallets, etc.)
- • Payment verification and fraud detection
- • Subscription management and billing
- • Refund processing and transactions

2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all subscription purchases.
If you're not satisfied with your ATScore subscription within 7 days of purchase, you can request a full refund. No questions asked.

Not Eligible for Refund
- • Subscriptions beyond the 7-day window
- • Refunds requested after cancellation period expires
- • Additional purchases or upgrades after initial charge
- • Credits or promotional discounts
- • Accounts with fraudulent activity
- • Cancelled and reactivated subscriptions
6. Subscription Cancellation
If you prefer to cancel your subscription instead of requesting a refund:
- • You can cancel anytime from your account settings
- • No cancellation fees
- • Access continues until the end of your billing period
- • No automatic renewal after cancellation
- • You can reactivate your subscription later
7. Plan Changes & Proration
ATScore uses immediate proration when you upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan. Here's how it works:
What is Proration?
Proration ensures you only pay for what you use. When you change plans mid-cycle, we calculate the unused time on your current plan and apply it as credit toward your new plan.
Upgrading Your Plan
- • You're charged immediately for the new plan
- • You receive a credit for the unused portion of your current plan
- • The credit is automatically applied to reduce the upgrade charge
- • You only pay the difference between plans
- • Access to new features is immediate
Downgrading Your Plan
- • The change takes effect immediately
- • You receive a prorated refund for the unused portion of your higher-tier plan
- • The refund is processed by Creem to your original payment method
- • Refund typically appears within 5-10 business days
- • Your next billing cycle starts based on the new plan
Example:
You're on a $30/month plan and have 15 days left in your billing cycle. You downgrade to a $10/month plan. You'll receive a refund of approximately $15 (unused half of $30 plan) minus the prorated cost of the new plan for those 15 days (approximately $5). Net refund: ~$10.
All proration calculations and refunds are handled automatically by Creem, our payment processor. You can manage plan changes directly through the Creem Customer Portal via the "Manage Billing" button.
8. Billing Disputes with Creem
If you notice a billing error or unauthorized charge:

Email support@atscoreai.com with details of the issue. We'll investigate and work with Creem to resolve it.
Contact Creem Directly
You can also contact Creem directly at https://www.creem.io/ for payment disputes. They handle all billing inquiries.
Chargeback Process
If you initiated a chargeback with your bank without contacting us first, please reach out to resolve the issue. Chargebacks can result in account suspension.
9. Trial Subscriptions
If ATScore offers free trial periods:
- • No payment required during trial
- • Automatic conversion to paid subscription after trial ends
- • You must cancel before trial ends to avoid charges
- • Refund policy applies after first charge
10. Partial Refunds
For subscriptions outside the 7-day window, we offer partial refunds on a pro-rata basis at our discretion. Contact support@atscoreai.com for individual cases.
11. Refund After Account Deletion
If you delete your account, you forfeit access to your subscription immediately. You must request a refund before deleting your account if you wish to be refunded.
12. Special Circumstances
We evaluate refund requests outside standard policy on a case-by-case basis. If you have unique circumstances, please contact support@atscoreai.com with details.
Examples: service outages, technical issues, account compromises, etc.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this refund policy. Changes will be effective immediately for new purchases. Existing customers will be notified of significant changes.
